1.1 All fees paid for Services are generally non-refundable due to the nature of digital marketing work, which often involves immediate, time-sensitive execution.
1.2 Refunds are only considered in limited circumstances, as described below.
2. Prepaid Services
2.1 For prepaid monthly or quarterly service packages, if a client cancels before work has commenced, a pro-rata refund may be issued for the unused portion.
2.2 Work is considered “commenced” once NPD begins implementation, such as account setup, campaign creation, or content production.
3. Service Issues
3.1 Clients may request a refund if NPD materially fails to deliver the agreed-upon Services.
3.2 All requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of the issue occurring.
3.3 NPD reserves the right to investigate the issue and may offer alternatives, including additional services, credits, or revisions, instead of a monetary refund.
4. Exceptions
4.1 Refunds will not be issued for results not meeting client expectations, including campaign performance, leads, or sales outcomes.
4.2 Refunds do not apply to third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client, including advertising spend or platform fees.

5.1 To request a refund, clients must submit:
Full name and contact information
Invoice or contract reference
Detailed explanation of the refund request
5.2 NPD will respond within 5 business days with a resolution.
